Vacation

I am so glad that I am done with kids for three weeks. I don't have to listen to any kids asking for help in reading or whining that they didn't get their way. It is heavenly. Don't get me wrong I love my students, but I need a break from them. I am going to enjoy my time in Thailand at the beach. I am so ready for hot weather. Happy Chinese New Year! It is the year of the cow.

New Year's in China

Happy New Year! Today I am enjoying my day off from school. Last night we had a costume party with our Chinese staff and language school teachers. It was fun. We played games and had food. The funny thing though is that I didn't hear in fireworks go off here. That will be saved for Chinese New Year's. Later today I will be getting together with my fellow teachers and we will be playing games together.
